Renovation of an old memorial is normally undertaken back at our workshop.

If required, when a memorial has lettering in a very poor weathered condition then we can re-face the stone and then re-cut the letters into the freshly machined stone surface.

Any additional lettering that you may require will match the existing type regardless of the original method previously used.

We produce all methods of lettering including Cut & Gild, Cut & Lead, Cut & Enamel Paint and Raised Lead.

Once the renovation has been completed we will then re-fix the memorial back in the cemetery to meet with todays Health & Safety and NAMM Standards.

In very rare cases, due to the very poor condition of the material, then a renovation may not be possible.
